Director - Human Resources - Mfg (15-22 years)
Deploy pan India HR Initiatives as required using local, regional and One Country HR resources
- Provide prioritization, leadership and focus to drive organization development through staffing and compensation initiatives in partnership with India CoE’s
- Provide executive coaching and strategic HR support to India leaders; engagement model (sitting on LT meetings) varies by SBU
- Leadership direction (MOS) for regional business and one country HR team and processes, in partnership with global, Functional and COE HR leaders, including talent management, organization design, succession planning, learning, labor relations strategy and compensation strategy and planning
Note: MBA from top Schools batch 1992-2000 from will be preferred.
