Academic Background: Full time MBA from Tier 1 college with strong Business Orientation (Year of Passing - Before 1996)
Experience: 18-25 years of HR experience
Prerequisites:
- Basic knowledge of HR processes (Hiring, Engagement, Development)
- Ability to engage with the leadership team for partnering the HR agenda
- Good communication and influencing skills
Job responsibilities:
The role will oversee the HR lifecycle for R&D, Commercial and staff functions and report to the Head, HR, Biologics functionally. The role will also report in matrix to the Head of Product & Clinical Development and Head of Commercial.
Performance Management:
- Lead the performance management processes with regard to Goal Alignment, Reviews & appropriate downstream processes.
Organizational Design:
- Support the leadership team to develop and implement the right organization design (process, structure and systems) aligned to the business strategy.
- Facilitate hiring of critical resources to address competency and structural gaps.
Talent Management:
- Develop systems for attracting and inducting high quality talent into the councils.
- Build processes for building talent pipeline for critical positions through career planning and succession planning approaches.
- Facilitate capability assessment for employees, identify gaps and facilitate rotation and development.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Develop early warning mechanism to keep the management abreast of the employee issues.
- Design and build employee engagement/retention initiatives including reward & recognition, appreciation, celebrations and other non-programs.
- Develop systems for upward and downward communication on a regular basis.
Facilitate BU/Corporate Initiative:
- Support and drive BU/corporate initiatives like TMB in the respective councils.
