Director - Human Resource - Software Firm (12-17 yrs)
Key Deliverables :
- Own and drive total rewards and compensation
- Benchmark and administer benefits
- Partner with consulting organizations to conduct industry bench-marking and revisit the total rewards strategy in light of engagement analysis and competition
- Employee Policies - Develop and deploy common policies in collaboration with talent management and business HR
- HR Analytics - Dashboard and reporting
- Manage various regulatory compliance in collaboration with Operations team
- Be the central custodian of performance management system.
- Facilitate business review meetings with business
- Spearhead Performance Management process in the organization including talent management initiatives
- Payroll administration
- Facilitate promotion review meeting with the business
- Constant updation about the Industry Best Practices in all aspects of HR - policies, processes, benefits, metrics etc
