We have an excellent opportunity in HR Advisor role with one of the Leading consulting firms in Delhi/ NCR. Below is the Job description for your reference:

Responsibilities :

- Partner with HR functions to deliver HR services for the aligned Business, including but not limited to policy compliance, staffing/ recruiting, colleague relations, training & development, performance and pay cycle management.

- Advocate, champion, and communicate HR policies and practices within the framework of the overall HR philosophy while keeping the India market practices in mind. Responsible for employee communication and change management.

- Consult with site business leaders on engagement, performance, and development needs. Partner with India HR Leader, functional leaders and business leaders to support business goals and objectives. Partner with other HR colleagues to leverage resources and programs.

- Build strong partnerships and participates on key business and HR leadership teams. Act as the point of contact for other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, HR Connect, HR Shared Services, Total Rewards, Talent Development) for providing advice on matters and escalation

- Lead HR projects and initiatives for the aligned business group such as for enhancing associate retention & engagement, as well as support the deployment of organization wide programs and policies. Collate and analyze data to influence business decisions and direction and publish HR scorecards.

- Represent organization in external forums and in leadership meetings and engagements. Present information about HR matters to visiting leaders and clients when required. Provide HR domain expertise during leader and Client visits/ audits as needed.

- Manage and maintain relationships in a large organization : The HR Advisor should have the stature and credibility to command respect and acceptance and be able to deal with organizational complexity and matrix structures (local & global) by being a strong influencer.

- Optimize systems and processes : The HR Advisor will apply both strategic and operational acumen to drive the predictive maintenance of people issues in conjunction with proactive people engagement. This refers to sensing issues before they happen and making processes even better e.g. relating to people productivity, hire to retire practices, engagement scores etc. The individual will be responsible for innovating and proactively incorporating best-in-class processes in line with organizational growth.
