Leadership position- Director HR ( Human Resource) for Delhi /NCR (BFSI exp must )  Title : Director - Human Resources  Role Specification :   The incumbent will be required to champion the Human Resources experience. In this capacity the role will incorporate and include all aspects - evolving, establishing and delivering on Employee Experience.  - The role will report directly to the VP - Human Resources and will be a member of the Management Team. The incumbent will work in close partnership with leadership Team, Leaders and other stakeholders in enhancing the employee experience and building the experience to meet growing /evolving needs.   - The Incumbent will be responsible for sustaining, evolving and enhancing all aspects of Employee Engagement initiatives - Employee touch points, Issue escalation, tracking and redressal, Grievance Resolution. The role incumbent and his team will closely work with the business partners and Operations colleagues to define initiatives, articulate measures to drive engagement levels in the workplace. Building Loyalty amongst the workforce and driving retention behaviors is critical for role success  - The incumbent will be responsible for Performance and Talent Management processes. The role incumbent will drive these practices, drive these processes efficiently, evolve future practices and essentially work to create a workforce that will cater to growing requirements on the Employee and Business fronts.   - The Incumbent will also be responsible for evolving, maintaining and delivering on the HR service Delivery requirements - Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Design, Employee Documentation, HR Database Upkeep and Management, Exit Process management. The incumbent will be expected to lead and champion the efforts to move to digitized platforms and facilitate the change management within the organization to enable this.  - The role incumbent will drive the Employee Satisfaction process and drive the ESAT agenda across the organization.  - He / She will also partner growth /business initiatives and provide all support to enable business growth / transformation. He / She will be required to champion change management initiatives within the lines of business to manage change in the context of a growing organization.  - The role specifications captured above are not exhaustive . The role is expected to grow and would encompass other aspects of Human Resources function (Staffing, Employee Communication etc.) as the role matures and performance/ potential is demonstrated on the role.   Search Specifications :   - Incumbent with 10-14 years relevant work experience of which at least 5-7 years work experience should necessarily be in a BPO HR function.   - A strong background in BPO hiring is necessary for this role and is an essential pre-requisite for the incumbent  - Prior Experience in specialist functions of HR (C& B, Leadership Training, Service Delivery) would be a distinct advantage   Competencies / Skill requirements :   - MBA from premier schools, with proven track record clearly preferred.   - Excellent People and Process skills are critical for success   - Strong communication and presentation skills ; Ability to articulate and influence employees / business leaders is a critical requirement  - Should be capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with strong influencing skills to be able to carry teams along on people initiatives  Monica
