Director - HR Transformation

This is with regards to a leadership role with one of the world's leading MNCs based out in Bangalore.

They are looking to hire HR Transformation professionals having strong HR Generalist background with some sub specializations + 13 years.

- The person would be responsible for leading and driving all HR transformation projects and sales efforts within the BUs. Essentially this role will have an HR sales transformation target and will drive revenue in key accounts.
