Total Experience: Minimum 12+ years
- Responsible for Business Unit with 1500+ technologists’ site through a team.
- People Strategy Lead for 1000+ people in India
- Managing a high performance culture
- Directly responsible for all Talent Management and Employee Engagement, Development & retention initiatives.
- Responsible for creating HR interventions to address Talent Needs.
- Supported HR delivery and Business transition in Ramp Up, Ramp Down and WFR situation.
- Responsible regarding the membership of India & Global Leadership Team for creating HR strategy.
- Active involvement towards administration and improvement of the HR processes for the organization at global level.
- Responsible for Succession Planning process & competency mapping resulting in active leadership pipeline.

- Leadership and Strategic skills
- Exemplary Communication skills and cross-group collaboration
- Should have an excellent exposure in People Strategy, Succession Planning, Talent Management, HR Interventions
