Director - HR Business Partner - IT (11-13 yrs)

Role Overview:

- This is a hands-on HR generalist role with key components of business partnership, employee connect, HR efficiency.

- The Director HR will be supporting the business by identifying and developing HR solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis.

- S/he will be will be leading Generalist activities like Employee Engagement, driving Talent Management agenda, Attrition Analysis, Performance Management etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partners with the business to implement relevant HR operations supporting business growth and people model.

- Strong focus on employee connect and developing and implementing engagement strategies along with business managers - key aspects will include retention, training and morale of the workforce Handles employee relations issues, grievance handling, movements and transfers.

- Ensure the performance management processes are implemented in the right spirit.

- Supports the annual compensation round ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes.

- Coaches managers on how to provide leadership to their teams and consult them as per specific requirements and needs

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Master's degree in Human Resources (Full Time) from Premier Business School.

- 11-13 years of experience in HR generalist responsibility (i.e. handling employee relations) and leadership experience with clear career progression.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Services and essentially last 3 years should have been in HR Leadership role.

- Should be knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of HRM activities.

- Sound knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance.

- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization

- Able to energize and inspire others to commit to and take action on business priorities

- HR Certifications viz, SHRM would be a good to have
