Director - Healthcare Analytics (12-15 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities-

12+ years of experience in the areas of Healthcare and Data Analytics (which should include at least 5 years of Healthcare Analytics), encompassing some of the following

Experience in healthcare analytics and/or healthcare operations, In particular, experience in multiple areas related to healthcare analytics:

Pharmaceutical industry: Experience in commercial operations like sales territory alignment, sales force compensation strategy, multi-channel strategy

Pharmaceutical industry: Experience in R&D operations like clinical site selection, clinical sites monitoring

Health Insurance (Payer): Experience in working on healthcare claims data for various analysis related to (but not limited to) care management, utilization management, fraud, abuse and wastage analysis, population health management

Health Insurance (payer): Experience in working on marketing initiatives for health care insurance companies

Healthcare providers: Experience in working with provider claims data

- Experience of having excelled in consulting/analytics environment

- Experience in population health management, hospital operations and cost quality measures

- Excellent organizational, leadership, decision making, team management and communications skills.

- Knowledge of advanced analytics/statistical/data mining techniques such as Regression (Linear, Logistic),

Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID

- Experience in Data Analytics tools such as SAS, R/Revolution R, SPSS

- Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, Business Objects would be a plus.

- Demonstrated contributions in firm and knowledge building activities such as recruitment, staffing, marketing and branding

- Actively involved in mentoring and training junior team-members

- Capability to build/create a culture of quality, delivery, ownership, and high performance.

- Deep commitment to a positive, highly functional and productive work environment.
