About our Client - Our client is a leading analytics consulting firm with major presence in US and EU market and strong delivery base India. With the growth in their global business, they are looking to expand their insurance analytics team to support their customers across geographies. They are looking for a seasoned Insurance Analytics professional with experience in Life or Property and Casualty insurance analytics in an international market to head up the team based out of Bangalore and Chennai.

Job Description - Reporting into Business Head, you will drive the consulting practice to deliver on client engagements across domains in insurance analytics like life insurance, property and casualty etc. in a global environment. You would be responsible for growing the insurance analytics function and build up the team to deliver high quality analytics consulting service to clients. You would also partner with global teams across other businesses to help in shaping key client deals.

The Successful Candidate - You should hold a Master's degree with minimum of 15 years of relevant experience working with a MNC Financial Institution/ consulting firm in insurance analytics.

- Strong understanding of analytics tools like SAS, SQL etc. and different platforms in insurance domain.

- Proven track record of managing international stakeholders in a leadership role.

- Ability to lead and grow large teams and proven track record of managing business P&L.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
