Requirements :   - Looking out for Leader with an industry. Experience of 20+Years working into Banking Industry into Banks, Shared Services, Consulting or BPO's.   - Expertise into Corporate Banking Operations such as Trade, Credit and Payment Operations.   - Managed multiple Transformation or Re-Engineering projects into Banking operations and well versed with new Technologies and Tool into Banking.   - Lead Large Operational Teams (min. 300 - 400) and great understanding of the industry.   - Managed Internal & External Stakeholder, Played a Global Role, Energetic, charismatic and should posses great leadership qualities.   Roles and Responsibilities :   - Would be Head of Corporate Operations and report to a Peer director and external CXO.   - Will have Director and VP's reporting to him.   - Expected to manage a 800-1000 FTE operations into Corporate Banking.   - Manage multiple Digitization, Automation and Transformation Projects into Banking.
