About our Client - Our client is a reputed MNC Bank with operations in retail, wholesale and investment banking, as well as wealth management, mortgage lending and credit cards

Job Description - As the Director - Equities & Credit, you will be reporting to the Head of Global Markets and will be responsible for:

- Liaising with the trading desks to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of tasks/projects performed

- Ensuring management migrated work from different region on a daily basis and creation of process documents as per the framework

- Ensuring cohesiveness between technology, operations and traders for projects related to Equities business

- Supporting global markets head in strategic inputs related to people, process, technology and efficiency projects

- Updating oneself with events and changes in the Equities and Credit Division related to IT, business, regulations etc

The Successful Candidate - You will be a MBA / CA / Engineer from reputed institutes with overall 12 years of experience and Minimum experience of 10 years in Investment Banking / Equities. Additionally, you would have Strong Planning and Organizational skills. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders.
