Stage: Operations excellence
He or She should be responsible for:
Build vision and strategy
Spearhead operations.
Define, track and improve key metrics
Continuous performance review of existing warehouse partners based on cost, speed and accuracy and taking quick decisions to align end objective of seller and customer delight.
Build capabilities to provide competitive marketplace to sellers.
Explore and implement new delivery models for speed, seller and customer delight.
Drive strong system capabilities partnering closely with Technology/Engineering team.
Develop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.
Work closely with enabling/business Partners like HR, Finance, Legal and operations excellence.
Must Haves :
- Experience in handling third parties
- Strong negotiation skills
- Very high customer orientation
- Functional/Technical background. Should have an experience in leading & working with large teams.
- Excellent communication skills
