Director - Financial Planning & Analysis - eCommerce (8-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing deep understanding of systems and forecasting processes in order to drive efficiency and process improvement. Responsible for all the Planning, Forecasting, and Decision Support & Management reporting related processes
- Formulation of annual operating & financial plans, Profitability analysis. Drive new insights into key financial and operational performance drivers, Ensure timely and accurate reports and forecasts, Partner with teams across the organization to drive optimal cross functional decisions
- Lead product data, mobile analytics function of the organization
- Responsible for timely and accurate development and completion of monthly forecast and reporting to investors.
- Create and mentor a stellar FP&A organization
- Creating a process framework to work with the cross functional teams, work towards predictability of results and improved forecast accuracy.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects for VP Finance/Management.
- Deliver management reporting packages and business scorecards for Senior management working with the Corporate Finance leadership
Education: MBA from Tier-1 education or Chartered Accountant
Experience: 8 to 12 years
