1. Work closely with the Core Finance functional teams to deliver the support to Business
2. Monitoring performance of channel partners, including target setting, providing inputs in Commercial Policy, monitoring progress and validation of rewards.
3. Manage the operating cost of the Proximity team. Collaborate with Credit Control team in managing receivables. Managing the Proximity level GM as per targets
4. Lead change initiatives in efficiency improvement under Simplify program and partner in implementing other company initiatives like Digitisation, Growth Booster, etc.
5. Operate as single point contact for the Proximity Team on commercial taxes
Partner the Sales in setting up a Performance Management process for the Proximity Organisation. Includes setting targets by business activity by region, for Orders, Revenue, Margins, and for identified strategic growth drivers. Monitoring performance and providing analytical inputs to business. Planning and forecasting.
