Job Description : Reporting to South Asia CFO as a Director Finance for India. You will be responsible for

- Leading the finance function at OLX India and play an active role in decision making for both long term and short term growth plans.

- Formulating and implementing strategies to boost the top line and minimize the cost. Apart from that, you will support the CEO and Management Team of OLX South Asia by analyzing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations for decision making purposes.

- Managing the entire gamut of finance including taking care of Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, Capex, Consolidations, OPEX, AP, AR, et cetera.

- You will be also responsible for the Monthly Regional Finance report to the global team and would be required to lead annual budgeting; monthly re-forecasting and ad-hoc based reporting.

- Successfully partnering with the business and streamline the finance process by identifying and eliminating any potential bottlenecks. This role would require you to successfully supervise yet be hands on in your approach when required.

The Successful Candidate :

- You MUST be a qualified CA with at least 8-12 years of post qualification work experience with an extensive exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis. Additionally, an academically rigorous MBA will be advantageous.

- You should be ideally coming from an e-Commerce background or should have worked within e-commerce for a substantial part of your overall experience in a leadership position. It would be advantageous if you have an exposure to partnering with regional / global stakeholders.

- You should possess influential communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to be successful in this role.

- You should have an entrepreneurial outlook and an ability to lead your team by example. Apart from that, you should have an experience of ensuring deliverables under short deadlines.

- Knowledge of US GAAP and Indian statutory reporting is critical to this position.

- You should have the drive to deliver above and beyond the call of duty and must possess a solution oriented and ambitious attitude.
