About our Client - Our client is an infrastructure group that was established in 2003 to develop power projects with a focus on renewable and green energy. They are about to expand their operations and need a leader to help them achieve the growth objectives.

Job Description - Establish and monitor corporate financial policies.

- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.

- Manage project finance, capital budgeting & new ventures.

- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including:

- Organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational budgets.

- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

- Internal and statutory audit, quarterly and yearly balance sheet.

- Overall supervision of the finance and secretarial functions.

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will be a CA with more than 20 years of work experience in accounting and finance. You should ideally have experience in arranging funds, and working knowledge of the IPO process.
