Director - Finance role with an International hotel of repute

About our Client - An international hotel chain that has cross continental presence, which has now entered India, is a chain that is renowned globally for quality and excellence. The hotel in India is very well known for the luxury offered by it, and hosts some of the most exclusive restaurants in the country.

Job Description - Overall financial responsibility of the hotel, with reporting to the GM, the role will entail :

- Heading entire finance team of the hotel - Finance and Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, et al

- Financial, Reporting and Analysis, Compliance and Risk management

- Monthly reporting of financials and presentation of the same to the board

- Drive the overall financial strategy of the hotel forward - profitability, plugging leakages, strategic measures to increase revenue etc.

- Drive the hotel into its second expansion phase that is to come up in the next few years

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant for the role will :

- Be a CA with circa 10 years of post qualification work experience

- Background in the hospitality industry with a proven track record

- Excellent communication skills

- Proven leadership skills
