Director - Fashion Operations - eCommerce

Hiring for an eCommerce organization

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage warehousing space across fashion categories

- Plan warehousing requirements

- Ensure quality of delivery from the supply chain organization

- Troubleshoot in case of emergencies

- Oversee inward/ outward management

- Ensure re-indexing of returned products into inventory

- Ensure fulfillment performance

- Plan and coordinate internal stock movements

- Oversee outward and inward transactions

- Debit notes

- Credit notes

- Oversee and improve back-end processes

- Referencing

- Cataloging

- Plan and manage photo studio operations

Required skills:

- Ability to connect with and influence people across teams and levels

- Superior analytical skills including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems

- Strong understanding in technology

- Ability to drive performance improvements in processes with multiple linkages

Must Haves:

- Experience managing operations across a retail organization

- Ability to multi-task and deliver under tight timeliness

- Passion for quality and reliability

- Strong customer orientation

- Tier 1 engineering college and management colleges
