Role Summary

The Director / Executive Director of Hyderabad Operations is a senior leadership role that will be responsible for overall location management of office.

He/ she will be accountable for creating a - center of excellence- for medical coding and A/R management (and other service lines as the Company continues to expand in Hyderabad). The incumbent will partner actively with the Chennai Leadership Team (India Corporate Headquarters) to ensure seamless, timely service delivery by overseeing all of its facility management, staff needs, administrative requirements, BCP and DR processes, IT coordination and other functions that are needed to run smooth operations.

This role is responsible for building the Hyderabad center into a robust and high impact service center for our end clients, thereby directly contributing to the Company's revenue stream

Duties and Responsibilities

- Co-own and actively drive operations service delivery, business strategy and process improvements with SVP - Operations and ED - Quality and Continuous Process Improvement for the Hyderabad office

- Ensure effective, timely and proactive escalations on people, process, technology, admin, financial and client related areas

- Represent the Company brand in Hyderabad with all stake holders (staff, public, clients, media, etc.) in alignment with our Corporate Communication Policy

- Be accountable for BCP and DR for Hyderabad in active partnership with the Corporate Compliance Team

- Actively partner with the respective head of department of each represented function for local hiring, staffing and engagement of staff in the Hyderabad office

- Actively mentor and oversee the engagement levels of all Hyderabad management colleagues

- Ensure timely execution and management of all Company policies, department specific procedures, guidelines, SOPS etc. including managing escalations, education campaigns on key processes, grievance handling and roll out of new Company initiatives as they are introduced

- Ensure - One Company- culture between the Chennai and Hyderabad offices

Qualifications

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in any academic stream

- Deep exposure to medical coding or A/R management services operations

- Project management skills (certification is preferred)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Minimum 15 years of experience in a third party international BPO (US centric)

Travel Requirements

This role requires frequent travel between Chennai and Hyderabad and possibly to the US offices, based on business need.

Direct Reports

To ensure effective empowerment, all managers and above in the Hyderabad office will have dual reporting to the Location Head (Hyderabad) and to the Function Head / Department Head in Chennai.
