Job Title: Director-Engineering / Technical Manager  Experience: 10+ years of experience in the role of implementation of high end software products in the area of Bigdata and/or Data Analytics.  Education: BE, MCA, MS, B- Tech  Location: Noida, Bangalore, Indore  Primary Skills:  - Expertise on Java/ J2EE and should still be hands on.  - Implemented and in-depth knowledge of various java/ J2EE/ EAI patterns by using Open Source products.  - Design/ Architected and implemented complex projects / products dealing with the considerable data size (GB/ PB) and with high complexity  - Sound knowledge of various Architectural concepts (Multi-tenancy, SOA, SCA etc) and capable of identifying and incorporating various NFR’s (performance, scalability, monitoring etc)  - Should be Good in Databases (Oracle/ MySQL/ NoSQL)  - Sound knowledge about the clustered deployment Architecture and should be capable of providing deployment solutions based on customer needs.  - Sound knowledge about the Hardware (CPU, memory, disk, network, Firewalls etc)  - Exposure to complete SDLC and PDLC.  - Strong in mathematics, specifically statistics.  - Out of box thinker and not just limited to the work done in the projects.  - Technological evangelization.  - Capable of working as an individual contributor and within team.  - Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills.   - Self-starter & resourceful personality with ability to manage pressure situations  Should have experience/ knowledge on the following:  - Multidimensional OLAP cube engine  - Indexing solutions using solr/ lucene or any custom solution  - Knowledge/ experience in writing M/R (Map Reduce) jobs.  - Knowledge/ experience in any of the NoSQL/ Graph databases (Cassandra/ MongoDB/ HBase/CouchDB/ Neo4J etc)   - Cloud based deployments  - Knowledge about the analytics using Mahout/ NLP/ NLTK/ R would be an added advantage  Role & Responsibilities: 	 - Research and build revolutionary Big Data Analytics products / solutions 	 Domain : BigData Analytics  Niteshwar Kumar Delivery Manager (Recruitment)- ICT, Selection. Randstad India Ltd. Building No. 9, Tower-A, 2nd Floor, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon- 122002.
