Roles and responsibilities:

- Responsible for all engineering and facilities and process development. Assist CTO on development strategy and projects execution.

- Identifies and manages vendors to ensure on-time and cost effective delivery of equipment.

- Manages the engineering team to improve equipment robustness, implement PMs and develop new technology.

Smart Goals (time not added):

Health and Safety:

- Identify and implement programs to ensure highest level of physical and food safety.

- Devise safety standards for all Foodbox equipment; ensure that all necessary listing is obtained.

- Ensure all facilities and equipment related SHIP tour findings are addressed on time.

Service:

- Achieve 99% uptime for the outlet and restaurant equipment.

- Implement a PM program for all Foodbox equipment.

- Develop the next gen packaging stations (- Rs. 1L), dispensers (version 2.0 and 3.0) (- Rs. 10L), condiment dispensing and other transportation systems that are necessary to meet the business goals.

- Ensure that all the new store implementation targets are met, from the facilities stand point. 100% compliance targeted. Achieve timelines and cost targets.

Quality:

- Develop qualification procedures and ensure compliance for every single project / engineering development.

- Reduce equipment related non-compliance (product) to - 1%

Cost:

- Reduce the engineering and facilities repair budget by 5% month over month.

- Reduce the overall cost of the dispensers to below 10L

- Identify and procure new microwave units that are - Rs. 1L each.
