RESPONSIBILITIES   - Design and build extremely reliable, scalable and high performing enterprise systems with thorough understanding of the given requirements for the respective product.   - Driving complex technical projects and leads a group of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment.   - Have ultimate ownership of the platform’s production systems to deliver business functions, ensuring that key performance indicators are monitored with appropriate escalation mechanisms.   - Build and lead a strong technology team which is ahead of the curve to build the most successful real estate portal in the country.   - Manages a functional domain of the technology platform and builds solutions with directors and above to align with business strategy.   - Work cross-functionally between product, engineering and operations groups   - Perform prioritized planning and execution of the product development and release schedules.   - Oversee the design, scoping, implementation, and testing of new features end-to-end.   Experience & Qualifications:	  - Bachelor / Master’s degree in CS/ME/IT/related technology from top institutes.   - 10+ years of relevant hands-on technical management experience of software engineering. Experience of working in consumer internet industry (large scale, high-volume sites or web applications) is advantageous.   Required Skills:   - Experience delivering projects based on enterprise development technologies and frameworks.   - Knowledge of modern web development languages (e.g. PHP, Perl)   - Working knowledge of AWS.   - Experience developing high performance applications based on complex algorithms which process and generate Big Data is a must   - Experience with developing for multiple user form factors e.g. Desktop, Tablet and Mobile   - Deep knowledge of Software Quality Assurance
