They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking individuals who could manage governance of a large scale programme or multiple projects.

Job Description : As the Director - Data Governance, you will be reporting to the Chief Digital Officer and will be responsible for :

- Experience of managing governance of a large scale programme or multiple projects

- Responsible to make sure governance procedures are adhered to, including risk management

- Being the single point of contact for all risk, compliance, audit and governance queries within the team

The individual will be responsible for setting up the below mentioned:

- eStatements, Alerts, interactive text

- Virtual RM / CRM

- Voice Channels

- Multi-lingual publishing & care

- Web, mobile, social media Standards & Governance

- Risk (Pattern Management, Fraud risk, Transaction risk) Analytics

- Performance and design optimisation

The Successful Candidate: As a Successful Applicant, the individual need to have :

- B.E / B. Tech/ BCA/ MCA / M.E / M.Tech / M. SC / MBA degree from a premier institute

- 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience

- Project Management Skills
