Core Deliverable:  - Build and lead a high performing engineering team for this strategic initiative working closely with the Innovation Team in the US.  - Own and drive complex technical projects  - Hands on involvement is required - contributing towards Design and Development of technical architectures for complex Solutions  - Manage multiple cross-function teams of Software Engineers, Product Owners, Architects, UX designers and Automation Engineers creating a next-generation product.  - Drive and participate in the strategic planning for this key initiative  - Work with stakeholders and globally distributed teams  - Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills  - Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment  Minimum Qualifications:  - Masters / Bachelors- degree in Computer Science or related field   - 10+ years of solid product development experience including hands-on technical management  - 4+ years of relevant experience of managing multiple teams in technical capacity, preferably in an agile environment  - Experience in Java based solutions and/or web related technologies  - Strong verbal communications, cross-group collaboration skills, analytical, structured and strategic thinking  - Great interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, belief in teamwork  - Problem Solving skills and ability to swim in ambiguity  - Thorough knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and Web Standards  - Experience with SOAP and RESTful services  Preferred Skillsets:  - Proficiency in Java. Additional experience in one of the following languages C#, C++, Ruby, Python, is a plus.  - Familiarity with client side MVC frameworks (Backbone, Angular, React etc)  - Experience with at least one major server side web development stack  - Technical knowledge of the least one major RDBMS, preferably SQL Server  - Knowledge of NoSQL data stores (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, CouchDB)  - Experience with AWS is a plus  - Experience with Agile as software development methodology  - Previous experience leading globally distributed teams  - Previous experience working with external technology vendors
