About Company : A Leading IT MNC

Looking for candidates from B Schools only

Essentials:

- Should have good exposure / experience in various roles in Delivery (customer facing / account management / delivery management)

- Prior experience in business facing roles and business analysis skills

- Experience in Managing project managing large projects / customers

Role:

- Refine each program in terms of objectives, KPIs /metrics, milestones, resource commitments and desired outcomes

- Facilitate cross-functional allocation of responsibility /milestones and linkage with management KRAs

- Drive execution focus through continuous engagement and informed analysis of current status and inter-dependence across milestones etc.

- Identify / benchmark the appropriate lead indicators and quantify the impact for the various programs

- Work directly with a core team and mentor, build and manage a small core team and work with senior leaders across the company.
