Primary Skills required:

Candidate should have strong experience in OSS/BSS.

- Should have at least 3 years experience in handling telecom projects as a manager.

- Possess excellent leadership skills

- Understands market needs, competition and partner products

- Thorough understanding of software architectures and development methodologies

- Responsible for having strong understanding of customer needs and establish operational standards to exceed customer satisfaction, as well as possess the ability to translate marketing requirements into detailed design and development plans.

- Able to handle teams of upto 40-50 people
