Director - Customer Service Operations (MNC)  Our client is a American public research, development and manufacturing company with a Sales, marketing & Support Operations Hub (Customer Operations Center and Customer Service Organization), located in India.   We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager to lead and manage a team of approximately 200 employees providing effective and efficient business administration/process analysis services supporting international businesses. This is a top management job for the Customer Operations organization spanning multiple business units/ departments, or sub-regional segment of company reporting into the Sr. Director of Customer Operations within GIS Global Operations.  Specific responsibilities include :   - Provides leadership for customer service personnel as well as the field sales/ support activities, business groups and/ or corporate organizations in sales admin, order fulfillment, support admin, global credit and risk management, collections, inventory management, proposal development and contracts development/negotiation/administration.   - Accountable for ensuring strong compliance to SOX/ISO regulations and Standards of Business Conduct.  - Develops and executes Strategic Intent and implementation of organization/ business strategic plan. Works closely with Global and Region Functions to ensure strong alignment and delivery to meet regional strategies. Directs design, development, and implementation of organization programs.  - Leads India Operations Hub to meet the high standards expected related to Customer Satisfaction, Service Level Agreement/Turn Around Times, and responsiveness to inquiries, operational and financial metrics and upholding policies & procedures. Drives a culture of customer intimacy and focus.  - Plans, organizes, directs and controls the activities and staff required to provide innovative business solutions and consulting to the defined businesses and customers. Builds a culture of innovation and drives changes that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization to meet customer and business goals.  - Responsible for upholding and driving the organizations's culture & core values to build a sense of community within the operation and partner organizations.  - Executes strategies to ensure the organization has the individual and overall capabilities meet future operational needs and builds a culture where employees are engaged & committed.  - Collaborates with Business Partners in Finance, Order Fulfillment, and other functions to solve problems and provide efficient and streamlined service to customer.  - Manages other leaders. May also manage Expert or Master level individual contributors. These teams include back office operations for Customer Operations Centre and service delivery for EMEA, America's and front office operations for India Customers.  - Communicates and distributes meaningful country and performance metrics.  Requirements :  - Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus demonstrated industry experience integrating the resources of several complex departments or functions. Typically has 15 years of increasing managerial experience.  - Demonstrated ability to lead and transform organizations, build motivated and engaged teams, and sustaining a positive work culture.  - Experience in setting clear organizational vision  - Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategic plans  - Established track record to define and implement strategies and programs that benefit your area of expertise.   - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functional to improve processes and provide critical problem resolution  - Experience managing other managers   - Previous experience directing and managing the resources of entire division/unit function, sales/support sub-region or program, or global function program  - Experience working in an audit environment governed by SOX, ISO, and other audit regulations.   - Proven ability to lead large teams and ensure operational excellence across the entire organization.   - Customer Services/Operations experience preferred.   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
