- They have set-up a niche Corporate Strategy team based in Delhi which works closely with their global counterparts to develop strategies and road maps for their portfolio companies to launch and expand their businesses in India.

Job Description :

As the Director Corporate Strategy & Portfolio Management, you will be reporting to the Head of their India business and will be responsible for :

- Developing strategies and road maps for the Group to launch their new businesses in the India sub-continent

- Strategizing expansion and growth plans for their existing businesses in the India sub-continent

- Portfolio management for their Corporate VC arm

- Evaluating new business ventures and identifying sectors and companies to invest

- Assisting with the acquisition and integration of companies

- Developing new marketing channel strategies and driving branding and PR activities for the Group

- Working closely with global counterparts to implement business best practices

The Successful Candidate :

- Outstanding academic performance and an MBA from a top business school (Ivy League, ISB / IIM A / IIM B / IIM C)

- Minimum 5 years of post MBA experience in a management/strategy consulting role with a top tier consulting firm

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex assignments

- Strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Desire to contribute and succeed in a fun, exciting, and challenging environment
