Job Description:Responsible for managing operations and delivery of CIM services for India, primarily at the Mumbai and Bangalore locations. Prospects for this role will have demonstrated ability to manage diverse services as a business and meet internal business unit demands along with balancing cost and risk considerations at a Firm level. The successful candidate must be a smart business manager and possess the ability of working with vendor based teams. He/she should have worked with global/regional teams in a matrix organizational structure, and must preferably have exposure working in Corporate Services or equivalent organizations within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities include:

- Contract management

- Review scope and assess proposals at time of renewals or new contracts

- Prepare and present summary to CIM management to help in highlighting short-list of vendor proposals along with providing key insights to help in decision making

- Liaise with Firmwide Sourcing during contract review/renewal process and work towards orderly execution of RFP/RFI process

- Follow through and ensure completion of necessary supplier review and due diligence processes

- Vendor performance management

- Maintain record of vendor performance through tracking of SLAs. Highlight issues and track for satisfactory closure through ongoing interactions and dashboard tracking

- Monitor actual to budgeted spend along with operational metrics related to vendor performance

- Conduct service review meetings and file documentation for review by regional/supplier monitoring teams.
