Role Profile:  Leading end-to-end execution of M&A/PE transactions.  Independently leading the transaction until closure (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions,commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements). Leading the team of associates and analysts to ensure execution excellence. Function: Corporate Finance  Qualifications:  - Graduate from tier-1 college with 12+ years of experience in a global professional services firm environment with exposure to business research and consulting   - Preferably a CFA and/or MBA in finance from tier-1 business school  - 5+ years of experience in the fields of Equity Research/ Investment Banking   - Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and teams   - Strong academic credentials, analytical ability and leadership skills  - Excellent communication skills, can drive CXO/Partner level discussions succinctly to favorable outcomes
