Client Details :

Our client is a leading MNC Bank with strong presence in India with their global shared services centres supporting Retail, Corporate and Investment banking operations. As part of their strategic expansion in India, they are looking for a senior professional as a Director to lead their Corporate Banking Operations team managing teams for trade, payment, credit middle office and other corporate banking operations driving change management and process transformation.

Description :

Reporting into Business Head, you would be responsible for driving change management and corporate banking operations across functions like trade, payments, credit middle office, lending operations etc. Your other key responsibilities would include:

- To build a culture of continuous improvement to drive superior customer service in the teams.

- Drive the shared service strategy to transform the current processes to achieve more efficiency.

- Control over processes, budget and quality along with adherence with group compliance policies.

- Working closely with teams to develop and nurture future leadership.

Profile :

- CA or MBA from Tier-1 B School is a must

- At least 15 years experience working with a bank in an international environment

- Strong Operations Management and Process Transformation experience with large span of control is mandatory

- Strong Process Orientation with very good understanding of corporate banking operations/products

- Proven track record of managing large teams (over 1000 people) in a leadership role

- Ideal candidate would have a very strong customer focus and would work towards improving operational efficiency to ensure customer delight
