Director - Controller - IT

- 15+ years of experience in managing Accounting division for large scale operations in an ERP environment. Should have handled entities in countries outside India. Preference will be given to those who have handled countries in APAC region.

- Managed large scale migration and consolidation of Accounts.

Advanced knowledge of Accounting and Taxation Laws and working experience in the following areas :

- IFRS

- Transfer Pricing

- Tax Audits

- Foreign Exchange regulations

- Co-ordination with the Board of Directors

- Exposure to Internal control assessments, Risk & Compliance management.

- Co-ordinate with Internal Auditors, External Auditors, SOX team, Internal Tax & Legal team in meeting Accounting & Reporting compliance requirements.

- Should collaborate with cross functional teams to make sure the audits and other compliance norms are met.
