Director Consulting Services (Hyderabad/Bangalore)

Experience - 12 to 15 years

- Manage all Project deliveries and Project/Engagement Managers

- Directly responsible for company wide utilization, revenues and resource+bench management – forecasting, variances

- Direct the technology capabilities of Consulting Services across all practices at Neudesic with the help of Practice Directors

- All recruitment activities for Consulting Services

- Technical thought leadership of Consulting Services - publications

- Sales (farming) targets need to be achieved, responsible for all presales activities

- Reporting to Managing Director

- Job location – Blr (preferable) /Hyd

- Travel – 25% (between offices)
