Director - Commercial Excellence & PMO - Healthcare/Pharma

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for developing Sales Force Effectiveness and training strategies for the commercial Organization.

- Must be familiar with variety of field concepts, practices and procedures

- Formulating Long Term & Mid-Term Corporate Strategic Plans

- Develop long range vision of the needs of the organization, anticipate the impact of business trends and prepare plans to accommodate business changes while meeting the overall goals of the organization.

- Provide Marketing team with developmental path for marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion to optimize market share position and also provide support to optimize their performance.

- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

- Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets.

- Analyze market requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.

- Ensure team activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.

REQUIREMENT

- MBA from a Premier B- School

- 10+ years industry experience. Ideal candidate would have a blend of pharmaceutical/consulting/ FMCG experience

- Leadership Experience Of Diverse Cross-Functional Teams across function

- Set a clear vision and strategy for the team.

- Accountability for the focus on internal and external customers. Updated with continuously review of the market trends
