Director - Cloud Operations - IT

Looking for a Manager to run cloud operations from Bangalore who has a strong technical background having total experience of around 15 years- experience in network, systems and storage to support cloud operations.

Must have capabilities:

- Excellent written, verbal and customer communication skills

- Maturity to run Cloud Operations

- Maturity on running 24X7 Ops processes

- Excellent People Management skills, talent retention and capability development

- Technical line manager: One who can roll up sleeves and do the job as needed. Manager needs to have following four key technical skills; networking, systems/virtualization, storage and database.

- Exposure to ITIL framework and working knowledge of ITIL processes

Nice to have:

- Exposure/Solution Engineering and supporting public cloud environments like AWS and Azure

- Project Management skills
