Desired Profile

- The ideal candidate should have proven Senior Management experience and a proven track record of driving and defining complex strategies.

- Technically hands-on on the above mentioned technologies to provide deep guidance to the delivery teams and engage in technical discussions with existing customers or prospects.

- Experience of managing multiple disciplines i.e. software development, technical support, systems architecture etc. using .NET and Windows Azure

- Exceptional communication skills are essential in order to manage the diverse stakeholders

Job Profile -

- This role is required to plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operations of the Cloud LOB within Icertis; administer the budget & staff of the LOB

- Develop an annual business plan and operating budget for the LOB and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that the financial targets are met.

- Develop strategy in support of the company’s mission and core objectives.

- Drive the Sales, Business Development, Project/Solution Deliveries, Stakeholder Management.

- Responsible for researching and evaluating new technologies;

- Attend workshops to keep up to date with Technology and percolate it to entire LOB.

- Direct, control and motivate the staff of the LOB.

- Accountable for the management, mentoring and career development of all staff in the LOB

- Direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and standards relating to the LOB.
