Position : Director

Organisation : A well established Business School

We are hiring for the position of Director of a well established Management School. The school has over twenty years of existence and enjoys good reputation and ranking.

The responsibilities as Director broadly include the following

- Responsibilities of running a B-school offering Post-Graduate Programs

- Providing academic and administrative leadership and guidance to teaching and non-teaching staff

- Harness and develop relationship with important stakeholders

- Responsibility for ensuring compliance of all statutory obligations of UGC, AICTE, University and other relevant bodies

MBA/PGDM (PhD preferably) from leading institutes or Equivalent Education.

Around 25 years of experience with impeccable track record of Managing an Institution from: Industry, Higher Education or Third Sector. Preferred age 50-55 years. Interest in management education, interest & abilities of managing an institution and quest for excellence are desired attributes for the role-holder.
