About the Position :

- We are looking for an experienced and seasoned veteran in selling outsource customer care & debt collection call center/ back office solutions. The position will report directly to the CEO of the company and supported by Sr. VP Sales & Marketing.

We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience of selling large multi-year outsourced customer care offerings in following business verticals :

- Phone, Email, Chat & Social Media Customer Service

- Product Support Helpdesk

- Debt Collections

- Catalog Order Taking

- Remote Quality Monitoring

- Market Research & Surveys

- Customer Acquisition & Win-back

- CRM Software

Qualifications :

- At-least eight to ten years successful experience selling outsourced contact center services

- At-least one successful stint with an Indian BPO company

- Have successful track record in achieving sales targets

- Have a contact / prospect network that is current and strong

- Experienced and accomplished in delivering standup executive level management presentations.

- Experience responding to RFPs and writing proposals.

- Strong prospecting and closing skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Managing the hand-off from sales to operations effectively so as to ensure a smooth start to each project.

- Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Win key accounts and account management

- Work closely with senior management for market development

- Develop and deliver on an Annual Sales plan

- Participate in trade shows, seminars and other public events as necessary

- Prospecting cold calling

- Effectively develop and manage professional relationship a the C level
