Job Description:

- The individual will lead a team with technical and business-facing responsibilities and will work closely with Risk Underwriting, Risk Customer Management, Modeling, Compliance, and Credit Bureau business teams, globally to accomplish the team's mission.

Responsibilities:

Managing a team of 40 FTE's, your responsibility will be to :-

- Maintain and deliver the best-in-class Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions for Basel, Credit Bureau and Economic capital

- Maintain and deliver early warning alerts for out-of-pattern events/conditions, Risk and Compliance policy exceptions and inaccurate decisions.

- Design and deploy robust data model architecture to support optimal data processing and standardized metric definitions.

- Ongoing focus on data/process integrity and reengineering to drive relevant business transformation while effectively managing costs.

Successful Candidate:

At least 9 years of relevant experience in the following areas:

- Risk models, fraud, new accounts, customer management, and deep knowledge of data quality and business intelligence solutions is a plus.

- Understanding of SDLC, particularly in Agile project methodologies with complementary experience in business architecture and technical design.

- Experience with data architecture and design approach for effective Business Intelligence delivery.

- Solid project management skills, and ability to translate business needs into technical/capability specifications.

- Experience in working with SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SAS, and distributed architecture; experience of solutions development at Big Data platform is a plus
