Our client, one of the largest professional services firm globally is looking for a senior professional to lead their fast growing Global Benchmarking Practice to provide advisory services to their internal and external clients across industries. They are looking for a seasoned Management Consulting professional with experience in benchmarking and research to lead their team in India and support their business growth.

Job Description

Reporting into Head of Management Consulting, you will lead the business for benchmarking. You will lead the team for data gathering, decision support, research toolkit, hypothesis generation etc. to support clients across industries. You would help them position as a global leader in benchmarking working closely with global teams developing business benchmarks. You would also ensure service delivery for large engagements associated with operational aspect of business unit. You would also be responsible for:

- Driving innovation and thought leadership in the center.

- Lead and grow a team to deliver high quality service to clients.

- Meet with prospective clients to present and promote the services as part of larger engagement discussions.

Profile

- You should be an MBA with minimum of 12 years of relevant experience working in benchmarking consulting with a professional services firm or a large Multinational firm.

- Proven track record of managing international stakeholders in advisory services.

- Ability to lead and grow large technical and consulting teams.

- Ability to understand and consolidate diverse and complex business information and deal with ambiguity.

- Maturity to lead by example, willingness to get into detail as required and balance delegation effectively.
