We are currently scouting for Director Business Development - Capital Markets for leading financial services client in Mumbai.

Job Role:

- Spearhead the business development activities for the capital market products

- Lead & supervise the PAN India Capital Market Business development team

- Be responsible for achieving the growth and revenue targets

- Establish strong relationships and influence the decision makers among Clients & the Investors community

- Active involvement in new product development based on market research and feedback

- Strategize ways to differentiate and strengthen the brand among various Corporates & the Investors community to enable higher market penetration.

- Identify, strategize & implement new business development initiatives.

- Increase the visibility of capital market product offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Good knowledge of the Capital Markets industry – especially equities, mutual funds and insurance

- Strong client interface including relationships at senior level at corporate and investors

- Should have experience in dealing with decision makers

- Excellent team leading skills
