Director/AVP - Strategic Alliances & Partnerships - IIT/NIT/BITS

About My Client:

My client is a high-end and new-age technology consulting company focusing on innovation, new ideas for creating solutions and IPs.

Role:

- You will be responsible for identifying, forging and managing strategic partners in India for the entire range of Technology Products and Solutions.

- You will collaborate closely with core business, product and engineering teams, as well as with external counterparts, to ensure the success of highest-profile partnerships.

Education: Engineering Graduate from Tier 1 institute (IIT/NIT/BITs etc) & MBA from leading B-School

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Identify new and emerging technology providers in the Mobility, Analytics, and Cloud ecosystem for potential partnerships which will be mutually beneficial

- Understand how certain technologies can enhance company’s vertical solutions and facilitate evaluation of those potential partners

- Ideate and conceptualize pitch decks to potential partners to establish an outcome based relationship with the partner

- Manage the partnership development and facilitate effectiveness with the relevant technology teams.

- Develop and maintain an alliance process to forecast milestones, identify dependencies, resolve roadblocks and quickly communicate status.

- Assist the team with cultivating new business opportunities with existing and prospective partners.

- Excellent communication and mentoring skills

- Outstanding communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills, with deft skill in influencing others and procuring buy-in

- Superior organizational and time-management skills, with tremendous attention to detail; capable of tracking, managing and resolving multiple issues efficiently

- Logical thinker comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative analysis of large amounts of information

- Metrics driven with good understanding of measurements and instrumentation
