Director OR Associate Director - Solutions & Transitions  The role is with one of the Big 4 captive and the focus is   - Manage relationship with the firms leaders and their stakeholders  - Lead a global team based in key locations   - Understand and translate enhanced or new requirements into a solution approach, and develop a solution with clear value proposition to secure a buy-in from stakeholders  - Facilitate the necessary sign off of the proposed solution with Service Function, Operations and stakeholders  - Collaborate as a key member of the leadership team to support the new stakeholder engagement cycle during the pre-transition period   - Build and lead world class solutions and transition team to support the shared services units growth  - Provide thought leadership and promote best industry practices  - Manage transition pipeline and resource planning  - Manage transition toll gate reviews and ensure all transitions are delivered within agreed budget and timeline  - Collaborate with Operations colleagues to ensure all transitions are signed off by relevant leaders, and service continuity is enabled through Operation s  - Build and innovate a practice that can be leveraged by the firm as a whole   We need someone with :   - Strong client stakeholder relationship building, strong executive communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills  - Showcase high energy, professionalism and business acumen  - Comfortable with interacting with senior executives within EY and attune to their relevant business language  - Comfortable working across cultures with a - Global Mindset- and influence senior stakeholders from multiple disciplines and geographies;  - Comfortable with supporting internal business development, collaborate with GSS leaders to influence stakeholders decisions   - Possess a solutioning mindset, able to take ideas from thought to solution development and implementation;  - Proven experience of working with a global BPO or captive shared service organization   - Results-oriented self starter with a strong track record in client advisory and/or solution architect or project management who produces outcomes with little direction   - Global mindset for people leadership with a multicultural team reporting into this role;  - Strong credentials in program management   - Provide leadership input into organizational matters as needed.
