About our Client - Our client, Global Leading Debt Recovery Firm which has also been named as one of the fastest growing companies in US is looking to rapidly expand their existing India business. They are looking to recruit a seasoned professional with experience in banks or asset reconstruction companies with proven track record in portfolio acquisition or resolution and strong relationship with banks, financial institutions, ARCs, legal counsels etc.

Job Description - As Director, you would be heading Acquisition or Resolution business. You would be responsible to generate business from the Indian market and will come with strong understanding of stressed portfolio market either in acquisition or resolution.

- You would lead and grow this business from scratch and would need to leverage on your existing relationships to kick start business.

- You would be responsible to set up the vision for the business, formulate deployment strategies and partner with strategy team to ensure timely delivery.

The Successful Candidate :

- You should have around 10 to 15 years experience working with a financial institution or ARC dealing in stressed assets portfolio.

- Strong relationships with stakeholders in asset reconstruction business including banks, financial institutions, ARCs, Legal Counsels etc.

- Strong understanding of SARFAESI act and feasibility and viability reports, financial statements etc.

- Ability to leverage on your existing relationships to generate business.

- Open to travel on business pan India.

- You should have strong presentation and communication skills and prior experience in a leadership role is a must.
