Role – Director, Account Management
Responsibilities – Manage existing accounts from a revenue and relation perspective and farm them to increase revenue by cross selling and up selling. Farming roles for accounts based in Europe and UK.
Experience – Total experience of 12-14 years and of this at 4 years of Experience in managing large accounts in the BPO/IT space with good domain knowledge in Healthcare, F&A and HRO.
Candidates with experience in BPO would be preferred.
Role is based out of Mumbai and is with one of the top 20 BPO companies from India.
Leadership role with growth plans to manage global account management in the near future.
