This role also anchors the best in class HR services and interventions to enable higher employee productivity.  Job Responsibilities:  Rewards & Benefits:  - Conceptualize, design and implement attractive compensation strategy and rewards and benefits policy to retain top talent and enhance employer branding  - Lead compensation benchmarking surveys to implement an equitable compensation framework across organization  Performance Management:  - Lead the Assessments Practice, program manage key assessment interventions such as the Annual Performance Management Process, Multi-Rater Process to create a high performance culture  - Design, create and implement best-in-class assessment and development interventions to nurture top talent  - Program manage automation of performance assessment processes to enable an Integrated Talent management platform in the organization  - Create and manage the budget for assessments to optimize wage costs  HR operations, Analytics & Policies:  - Be the custodian of HR guidelines and policy framework by actively engaging with managers across all levels to create consensus  - Manage administrative and statutory compliance of all HR policies to ensure legal safeguard   - Streamline and supervise HR operations like payroll, leave, attendance, onboarding, exit management, benefits administration, HR analytics and budgets to deliver best in class employee services   - Program manage automation of HR operations for higher efficiency, due diligence and better integration with Finance/Accounting   - Develop and monitor informative HR dashboards to track key metrics for HR operations for continuous improvement  - Collaborate with all business units to address employee issues proactively  Career Path Architecture:  - Conceptualize and implement organization structuring interventions and role based organization to streamline career movements  - Create best-in-class career path architecture and validate the career level framework based on role evaluations to create role equity  - Design and promote competency based talent management interventions   Competencies:   Functional Competencies:  - HR thought leadership, solid conceptual knowledge of HR  - Functional knowledge of Compensation and benefits design and administration  - Knowledge of HR statutory compliances  - Working knowledge of HRIS tools  - Understanding of legal risks and liabilities associated with HR processes  - Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint  Behavioral Competencies:  - Ability to lead and cultivate high performing team  - Ability to ideate and produce creative content   - Ability to design and document policies  - Ability to deliver under tight deadlines  - Strong analytical, logical and numerical aptitude  - Strong process and system orientation  - Ability to listen actively and connect with individuals at every level of the organization  - Ability to work with minimal supervision  Desirable personality traits: Resilience  Relationships:  - Reports to: Senior Manager - HR  - Direct reports: Supervises team of 2 Senior HR Associates, 2 HR Coordinators and 1 HR - Operations Assistant   - Internal interface: Business Heads, Finance   - External interface: Insurance vendor, HRIS tool POC, PMS tool POC  Work Experience:  - Exposure as HR Generalist managing workforce of 500 employees for 5 - 6 years in leading IT organizations  - Should have supervised HR teams   Educational Qualification:  - Post graduate in Human Resource Management
