2) Postpaid Voice and Dongle acquisition through Direct sales Team, Dsa channel and Call Centre's.

3) Circle level responsibility for developing post paid acquisitions through Direct Sales Team/DSAs.

4)Managing productivity norms through cluster verticals as per AOP objectives.

5) Ensuring acquired Customers retention by owning initial bills responsibility.

6) Motivation and engagement programmes.

7) Driving Achievement of Gross Customer Acquisitions as per AOP.

8) Team Management, Training and development.

9) Planning and strategies in place for higher deliveries and manpower productivity.

10) Higher Productivity of call center and Agents.

11) Effective outbound operation for quality acquisition of post paid customers.

12) Setting up process for Market intelligence, Monitoring, Analysis and feedback to NHQ and the operating team.

Candidate Requirement :

MBA fulltime

Direct Sales Experience in Telecom / BPO / KPO Preferred

No to relocation candidate

Local language is a must
