1. Drive profitable growth of business while achieving both revenue and margin targets
2. Define the sales architecture (organization, processes, channels, technology, rewards) and drive its deployment

Experience:
Minimum 9-11 years of Sales experience in FMCG.
Must be strong on last mile implementation of IT in trade
Must be good at retail data analytics
Experience of having worked in at least two regions/zones of the country is mandatory
Education:
Master's degree in Sales & Marketing from Tier1/2 B-School (Preferred)
