Objective / Purpose of duty:

- Grow and Manage Mid Market / Commercial Segment for DD-India and Drive the GTM and Integration with NTT Group companies. Profitability, employee and client satisfaction would also be the key drivers in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving, booking revenue and profit targets for the segment with Complete P&L responsibility.

- Should have related experience and Proven track record of meeting Sales goals in Mid Market space in India.

- Drive client engagement & partner relationship in the segment.

- Networking with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms & other influences.

- Ability to construct & execute a multiyear business plan.

- Build & nurture a successful national sales team addressing the segment.

- Indentifying emerging trends & share the company’s response to participate in Greenfield opportunities in this sector.

- Build strong DD value proposition through Account Plans.

- Create and drive unique compelling services that address the business solutions.

- Develop aggressive hunting strategy in this segment

- To interface and communicate effectively with CXO/C- level people.

- Drive the NTT sell-to, Sell-with and Sell-through business.

- Develop and drive the GTM strategy with NTT group companies in India.

Experience & Qualification:

- Minimum 15+ years

- Any Graduate with MBA preferred

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community

- Ability to provide guidance and leadership to professional personnel

- Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management

- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals
